Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manages projects transitioning from Sales to Service, including the implementation of Computer Aided Dispatch Systems, Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems.

• Takes ownership of the project scope and the interfaces that need to be deployed.

• Collaborates within a project team and engages directly with customers.

• Works closely with the project manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to Schedule, Scope, and Cost constraints.

• Produces documentation with standard required deliverables to relay task status and completion.

• Installs, integrates, deploys, and delivers specified solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology.

• Over 4 years of experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Testing, or System Support.

• Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. is mandatory.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts.

• Must possess fundamental troubleshooting skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job while being a collaborative team member.

• Must be open to travel as required for this role.

• Proficiency in Windows Server 2019 or newer, SQL Server 2019 or newer, SQL scripting (T-SQL), XML, XPATH, and Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT).
