Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively engages with and reaches out to key technical decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations. Utilizes insights about customer business, industry, needs, competitive landscape, and primary objectives to facilitate the customer's digital transformation journey.

• Conducts data workshops to develop strategies for implementing solutions that align with the customer's business objectives and technical environments.

• Leads pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value demonstrations (e.g., optimizing solutions and costs) and advances customers from pilot phases to successful deployments by anchoring pilots in business impact.

• Addresses technical challenges reported by customers during the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment phases, providing effective solutions.

• Identifies, escalates, and works to resolve technical obstacles (e.g., configuration changes, sample coding) to expedite architecture implementations, while directing non-technical issues to the appropriate parties for resolution.

• Proactively collaborates with product and support teams (e.g., engineering) to eliminate blockers by clearly communicating their impact.

• Applies best practices to shape customer strategy and future growth for Insider One by fostering customer loyalty with Insider One solutions that deliver significant impact for the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, including architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.

• Demonstrated success in building strong technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or strategically important accounts.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for orchestrating, leading, and influencing virtual teams to ensure successful project implementation for customers.

• Extensive technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.

• Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, database technologies.

• Possesses strong product expertise and technical domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming.
