This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• As an EHR Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of our high-performing ANZ architecture team, leveraging your expertise in the architecture, design, and enhancement of our leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution tailored specifically for hospital and healthcare settings.
• You will spearhead the digital transformation initiatives and solution development for our most significant and intricate projects, aiming to achieve a substantial improvement in patient experience, operational efficiency, and clinical effectiveness.
• Your role will establish you as a thought leader in the industry, playing a vital part in ensuring that various software components integrate securely, efficiently, and effectively to fulfill business objectives, particularly within a Managed Services context.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, other solution architects, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to ensure that solution architectures align with realistic, deliverable, and supportable goals, all while adhering to funding and delivery constraints.
• Engage with business, sales, product, and technical engineering stakeholders to influence and define solutions that range from customer project engagements to product enhancements and portfolio capability improvements.
• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information systems management, or a business discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Over 15 years of experience in the Software industry, including at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.
• More than 7 years in a solution architect role, utilizing a diverse set of architectural skills.
• At least 5 years of experience with Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Azure) within a Managed Services setting.
• Over 3 years of experience in Integration Architecture and Data Architecture in a healthcare context, including knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating enterprise applications (e.g., APIs, ESB, etc.).
• Familiarity with formal architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling languages (e.g., UML, ArchiMate).
• Capable of leading architecture workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including customer interaction.
• Knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences industry, particularly in the tertiary care sector.
• Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders within Dedalus and our clients.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
• Opportunity to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary.
• Ability to participate in meetings and communicate across multiple time zones, including Europe and ANZ.
• Willingness to travel as required.
