This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for defining the technical program solution, timeline, and scope for standard CMTX offerings to ensure alignment with client objectives and the CMTX organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Management and the Commercial team, as necessary, to coordinate essential cost/pricing inputs for the pricing model during the opportunity deal phase, ensuring that submitted costs reflect the solution’s scope, complexity, and staffing requirements.
• Align client requirements with standard hub operational capabilities, technology platforms, and workflows.
• Create comprehensive operational workflows that encompass all medical, pharmacy, and adherence services, including but not limited to: patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and ongoing patient engagement.
• Work alongside Product Management to pinpoint gaps between client expectations and standard CMTX offerings; document assumptions, constraints, out-of-scope items, and feasibility risks.
• Collaborate with Product Management to aid in proposal development, client presentations, and early solution demonstrations.
• Lead sessions for requirements intake and workflow design with internal operational, technical, and compliance stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain configuration documents, workflow diagrams, and other materials needed for program configuration.
• Organize program design reviews and secure internal and external approval for the Program Rules Document.
• Act as the solution Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant throughout the Sales process and the completion of Implementation.
• Assist with client escalations during implementation in relation to solution and scope management.
• At least seven (7) years of experience managing software development and/or IT technology projects, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare hub services sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or technology.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient support hubs, reimbursement services, or healthcare solution design.
• In-depth knowledge of hub, pharmacy, and/or adherence services.
• A systems thinking mindset with the capability to understand how products, services, and other elements integrate and influence the overall design.
• Proficient in converting client and patient needs into structured operational and system requirements.
• Experience in documenting workflows, business requirements, and system configurations.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting RFPs, proposals, or client solution demonstrations is preferred.
