Senior ERP Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee project teams as they onboard new clients, focusing significantly on project and stakeholder management while grasping client needs.

• Accountable for managing the complete implementation process for new clients—actively engaging to establish the client's processes from the ground up.

• Proactively manage projects across multiple clients to handle requirements and tasks throughout the onboarding phase.

• Lead, mentor, and conduct training and Q&A sessions with clients and key stakeholders, empowering them to effectively use the product independently without ongoing assistance from Zip.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests, determining which to support and setting clear expectations with clients.

• Go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate a swift onboarding process.

• Continuously enhance post-sales processes to help clients expedite their time to value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in implementing or managing a finance or procurement tool.

• Previous experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool or ERP (e.g., Coupa, SAP S/4HANA: procurement and AP, SAP Ariba Buying/Invoicing, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, Sage, etc.).

• Fluency in German is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong inclination towards proactivity.

• Robust data management skills, particularly in handling large volumes of sensitive customer data using MS Excel.

• Capability to provide constructive feedback while maintaining positive relationships.

• Comfort with software configuration (technical skills are a plus but not required).
