Junior AI Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy AI-driven solutions within our web application, ensuring smooth integration and top-notch performance.

• Adhere to the OWASP LLM Top 10 (2025) mitigations for every AI feature developed.

• Conduct cost-per-request evaluations prior to implementation and document the reasoning behind model selection.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and suggest AI-driven solutions that meet business objectives and foster innovation.

• Design and build custom APIs to enable data interchange and communication between AI components and existing systems.

• Keep up with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to spot opportunities for enhancing the organization’s AI capabilities.

• Assess the efficiency of AI solutions, consistently refining and optimizing them for peak performance.

• Create thorough documentation for AI solutions, including technical specifications for AI features, LLM APIs, ML Libraries, vector stores, etc.

• Act as an AI advocate, fostering the understanding and adoption of AI technologies throughout the organization via presentations, workshops, and training sessions.

• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for AI implementations, ensuring swift resolution of issues and minimal disruption for users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Advanced degrees are highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Proficient in the Python programming language.

• Familiarity with at least one LLM API: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or a comparable alternative.

• Understanding of REST API development and structured JSON output management.

• Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

• Awareness of OWASP LLM Top 10 compliance, including Prompt Injection, Improper Output Handling, Excessive Agency, and Unbound Consumption.

• Basic understanding of OWASP secure coding principles.

• Capability to read requirement specifications and translate them into functioning code under supervision.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
