Manager, Solutions Architecture – Five9 CCaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead technical pre-sales initiatives from initial discovery to solution design, which includes demos, proofs of concept, and technical workshops.

• Develop comprehensive contact center architectures utilizing the capabilities of the Five9 platform to align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define, estimate, and propose solutions during the sales process while offering technical leadership in client engagements.

• Generate detailed solution architectures and technical documentation for intricate customer environments.

• Remain informed on Five9 features, product updates, and overall cloud contact center trends, providing technical insights to both internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with various teams across TELUS Digital to integrate leading technologies and methodologies into client solutions, including Data & AI and digital product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within cloud technologies.

• Strong comprehension of Five9 and cloud contact center technologies.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, omni-channel customer engagement platforms, and contact center operations.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
