Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• The Solutions Architect is tasked with guiding the solution throughout the sales cycle and providing strategic insights to organizations aiming to enhance their customer experience.

• Oversee enterprise organizations across various industries to grasp their challenges and objectives through targeted discovery sessions and workshops.

• Collaborate closely with existing and potential clients as a trusted advisor to thoroughly comprehend their distinct challenges and goals.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across both Business and Technology domains.

• Capable of designing the architecture and engaging both Business and IT stakeholders in the process.

• Create and present innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts, to key decision-makers to address their business challenges and align with business value.

• Coordinate and oversee the entire solution cycle by closely collaborating with a diverse array of technical and business support resources.

• Effectively communicate the unique advantages of the proposed solution to a wide spectrum of customer stakeholders, from frontline staff to C-level executives.

• Deliver persuasive solutions while nurturing relationships with customers and partners.

• Exhibit initiative, self-motivation, and produce high-quality results while meeting expectations for both internal and external clients.

• Demonstrate a strong desire to advance your career and engage in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

• Must possess a proven history of developing and delivering distinctive custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, to key decision-makers to address their business challenges and needs.

• Ability to orchestrate a sales cycle that necessitates the involvement of multiple internal and external resources.

• Willingness and capability to travel as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field with over 5 years of work experience.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Consulting methodologies, and Enterprise Architecture would be an added advantage.

• A comprehensive understanding of and capability to articulate key aspects of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and application modernization.

• Experience in business case/value engineering to drive compelling perspectives.

• Knowledge of relevant industry solutions, applications, and operational practices.

• Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills, along with relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to translate customer needs into a compelling vision and roadmap.

• Skilled in translating, presenting, and understanding the unique business requirements of customers across various industries.

• Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success within a software solution organization.

• Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic team environment.

• Capacity to collaborate as part of a team to address problems in diverse, fast-paced settings.

• Inquisitive, practical, and enthusiastic about technology and knowledge sharing.

• Industry experience in Financial Services, High-Tech, or Government is advantageous.

• VMware or industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable, especially in cloud or Kubernetes technologies.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
