Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in ERP across various modules and sectors, including accounting, construction, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, field service, and professional services.

• Spearhead a comprehensive consultative discovery process aimed at enhancing business operations.

• Customize an environment to deliver engaging demonstrations, enabling customers to visualize how Acumatica software can achieve their unique business objectives.

• Collect requirements and collaborate with sales and service teams to design a solution that encompasses software, services, and a project timeline.

• Partner with Acumatica affiliates to assist them in tailoring solutions for larger and more intricate clients.

• Contribute to the creation and presentation of webinars, white papers, training sessions, and blog posts to position Acumatica as a trusted authority in the mid-sized business management software sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in demonstrating business management software solutions.

• Proficient in listening, asking pertinent questions, identifying customer challenges, and resolving ambiguous issues.

• Experience in designing solutions involving multiple software products, resource limitations, and customizations.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; an MBA or CPA is advantageous.

• Familiarity with implementing ERP and CRM solutions is a plus.

• Experience in a channel sales environment is beneficial.

• A technical background is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 10% - 20% of the time.
