This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with clients to identify workflow opportunities, ensure successful adoption, and implement advanced optimization for designated Solventum product lines.
• Act as a subject matter expert for designated teams and solutions.
• Comprehend clients’ short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
• Conduct reviews of current workflows and configurations utilizing Solventum's best practice methodologies.
• Work alongside clients to implement workflow optimization changes.
• Advocate for clients, document issues, and escalate them following standard protocols.
• Manage client relationship coordination and client-centric interactions throughout the organization.
• Monitor overall client satisfaction survey outcomes for assigned clients.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
• Keep informed about industry developments and product updates.
• Engage in corporate programs and initiatives while adhering to professional, quality, corporate, and ethical standards.
• At least 10 years of experience in Health Information Management or clinical coding.
• Relevant qualifications in Health Information Management and clinical coding.
• Eligibility for full membership with the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary education is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in auditing, training, and education in coding is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and related organizational workflows.
• Knowledge of workflows, systems, implementation, and training related to Electronic Medical Records.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project streams and teams effectively.
• Experience in consulting with clients in health information systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products.
• Proven industry knowledge.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding client relationship management skills.
• Ability to find innovative solutions and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation, and training skills.
• Must be creative and innovative.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and work ethic.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
• This role may involve up to 50% domestic travel.
