This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide advisory services to a varied array of real estate investment organizations instead of concentrating on a single firm or portfolio.
• Collaborate directly with asset managers, portfolio leaders, investment teams, and executives to address significant business and investment challenges.
• Leverage data and technology to enhance clients' performance monitoring, risk management, and decision-making processes.
• Assist organizations in updating outdated or disjointed reporting and portfolio-management systems.
• Offer an analytical viewpoint during client discussions and convert intricate information into actionable recommendations.

• Develop expertise at the crossroads of real estate investment management, analytics, technology, and strategic advisory.
• Over 3 years of experience in real estate investment management, asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions, investment analysis, real estate finance, investment reporting, consulting, or a related domain.
• Familiarity with the real estate investment lifecycle and the financial principles used to assess asset and portfolio performance, including NOI, budgets, forecasts, valuations, returns, capital expenditures, debt, and risk.
• Experience with one or more real estate asset classes, such as multifamily, office, industrial, retail, student housing, senior housing, or mixed-use.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to decipher complex information, identify significant insights, and convert findings into clear recommendations.
• Excellent consultative, relationship management, discovery, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration across analyst, asset management, finance, operations, and executive groups.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to simplify intricate investment, data, and technology concepts.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to challenge existing processes, influence without direct authority, and contribute to developing new approaches in a growing environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, documentation, and follow-through skills, with the capability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• High aptitude for learning technology and assisting clients during adoption and process changes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
