Sole Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the external accountant to prepare financial statements, encompassing general and analytical accounting through to the annual financial statement preparation.

• Oversee the store’s cash flow management.

• Analyze data to create accounting or management dashboards.

• Handle HR administration tasks, including personnel management, onboarding, payroll, and the preparation of the DSN payroll declaration.

• Enhance the store’s performance by managing accounting, personnel administration, and payroll functions.

• Act as a primary contact for teams and management, ensuring the accuracy of activity-related data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in accounting.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Experience in retail or within an accounting firm is preferred.

• Must possess discretion, organizational skills, accuracy, and independence.

• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities are essential.

• Proficient in accounting and payroll processes.

• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field.

• Comfortable using various IT tools.
