This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming service requests to identify necessary actions such as troubleshooting, maintenance, or repairs.
• Generate and oversee work orders within the CRM platform.
• Delegate service requests to suitable field service partners.
• Track the progress of dispatched tickets and ensure they are completed promptly.
• Gather and assess site visit reports, documentation, and images from field partners.
• Provide timely updates regarding field service operations to the Customer Service and Technical Support teams.
• Ensure that all pertinent ticket information is precise and current.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the service network team.
• Attend inter-departmental meetings to synchronize operations and service performance.
• Join bi-weekly all-hands meetings and other sessions as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in dispatch coordination or related roles is advantageous.
• A background in photovoltaic (solar) or civil construction is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and a typing speed of 50+ WPM.
