This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee all Solar O&M operations within the Colorado region, ensuring that performance, safety, and profitability objectives are achieved.
• Formulate and implement regional strategies aimed at expanding service offerings and enhancing market presence.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Field Operations Managers and regional teams.
• Act as the main liaison for key regional clients.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships to facilitate retention and growth opportunities.
• Manage communications, including incident reports, performance evaluations, and status meetings.
• Address technical and commercial challenges proactively.
• Supervise multiple projects to guarantee timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality execution.
• Track KPIs such as response times, repair durations, and completion of preventive maintenance.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives throughout regional operations.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, technical, and safety standards.
• Manage regional profit and loss, covering revenue, cost of goods sold, and overall profitability.
• Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue accounts.
• Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes.
• Identify and secure all billable work opportunities.
• Oversee relationships with subcontractors, including onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Procurement to assess vendors, negotiate pricing, and enhance coverage.
• Strengthen the contractor network across the region.
• Discover new business opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
• Support sales initiatives with pricing, proposals, and contract assessments.
• Align operational capabilities with market demands and client needs.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Guarantee compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Maintain precise documentation and reporting standards.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations within solar, electrical, or industrial sectors.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience overseeing teams or regional operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, construction, and maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated capability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Familiarity with contracts, pricing strategies, and operational KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
