Solar & Electrification Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled concierge consultations (via video and phone) with homeowners considering electrification options for their residences.

• Offer expert, unbiased advice on solar energy, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, hot water heat pumps, and comprehensive home electrification.

• Analyze and clarify installer quotes in straightforward language, assisting customers in comprehending their offered options.

• Determine the most appropriate solution tailored to each homeowner's unique circumstances — including technical, financial, and lifestyle considerations.

• Utilize the company’s concierge platform and CRM to document notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions after each consultation.

• Maintain the company’s standards: friendly, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and genuinely supportive.

• Partner with the wider Concierge team to promote quality, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Electrical Engineer/Electrician license.

• Strong understanding of residential solar PV, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, and/or heat pump systems.

• Exceptional English communication skills — warm, clear, and confident in conveying technical concepts to non-technical homeowners.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment for professional video conferences (alternatively, you may work on-site at our office in JY Square if preferred).

• Experience in a customer-facing advisory or consultancy position.

• Familiarity with reading and comparing solar and electrification quotes is preferred.
