This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct weekly grower meetings throughout the spring and fall selling seasons (10 meetings each season).
• Enhance meeting participation through outreach, referrals, and strategic territory planning.
• Present soil health concepts to groups of 5–20 growers in a peer-based, trust-building approach.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Agronomists to provide an exceptional field experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for grower engagement and onboarding processes.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data and deliver timely follow-ups on grower commitments.
• Engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to promote pod success.
• Continuously enhance agronomic and sales communication skills through Thrive Hive enablement programs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging effectively with both small and large audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience working directly with farmers.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally.
• Enthusiasm for sustainable/regenerative agriculture; knowledge of soil health is preferred but can be taught.
• Valid Driver’s License.
