This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Conduct weekly grower meetings during the spring and fall sales periods (10 meetings each season).
• Enhance meeting participation through outreach efforts, referrals, and strategic planning of territories.
• Present soil health principles in a peer-oriented, trust-building approach to groups of 5–20 growers.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Managers and Agronomists to provide an exceptional field experience.
• Act as the primary contact for grower engagement and onboarding processes.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data and deliver prompt follow-ups on grower commitments.
• Engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to promote pod success.
• Continuously enhance agronomic knowledge and sales communication skills through Thrive Hive enablement programs.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively engaging with both small and large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Driven self-starter.
• Experience in direct collaboration with farmers.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally.
• Strong interest in sustainable and regenerative agriculture; knowledge of soil health is preferred but can be learned.
• Valid Driver’s License.
