Softwareentwickler – Payroll-Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ongoing technological advancement of applications within the payroll environment

• Development of modern and intuitive user interfaces focused on high usability

• Conceptualization and implementation of automation solutions and innovative features, including AI-powered solutions

• Ensuring high software quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in software development

• Ideally, experience with Delphi and C#

• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as InterBase, Firebird, and MS SQL Server

• Interest in modern software architectures, automation solutions, and innovative technologies

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style

• Completed IT training, a degree in computer science, or comparable qualifications

• Very good German language skills (at least B2)

• Initial experience in the HR, payroll, or ERP environment is welcome, but not a requirement
