This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete responsibility for customer-oriented training and act as the main contact for training initiatives.
• Acquire knowledge of the intricate, customizable software and specific customer configurations to autonomously create and conduct training programs.
• Design and update training resources, which include e-learning modules and practical exercises.
• Create job aids, quick-reference materials, and process documentation.
• Work alongside leadership, product managers, and subject matter experts to enhance training content.
• Provide virtual training to new customers and at customer locations throughout the U.S.
• Strategize, create, and implement tailored training for both internal teams and external clients.
• Oversee training schedules and execution across various customer accounts.
• Lead engaging and customized training sessions for external clients.
• Track learner progress, collect feedback, and improve content and delivery strategies.
• Assess training effectiveness through metrics and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with Taft-Hartley practices.
• Become a subject matter expert on the product and assist in the development of eLearning content.
• Collaborate across departments to meet objectives and enhance the customer experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering technology-based training to adult learners and developing curricula.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or extensive familiarity with instructional design principles is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a software trainer.
• Capacity to independently learn complex, highly customizable products and translate that knowledge into training programs.
• Technical writing experience in creating job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation for technical or software audiences.
• Experience in the Taft-Hartley sector and familiarity with enterprise-level software solutions is preferred.
• Certification in training or learning and development is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to engage individuals at all levels within an organization.
• Awareness of modern training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple training sessions concurrently.
• Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% across the U.S. and Canada.
• Candidates from the East Coast are strongly preferred.
