Software Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and establish specifications for sophisticated operating software programming applications.

• Modify and sustain intricate existing applications utilizing engineering updates and manufacturer tools.

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications.

• Provide maintenance for operating systems, including file maintenance procedures, telecommunications networks, computer accounting, and mathematical/scientific software solutions.

• Support all stages of software systems programming applications.

• Assess both new and existing software products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Must hold an IT-II security clearance or possess a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.

• Relevant certification from a recognized national technical authority.

• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.

• Okta Certified Professional or an equivalent Single Sign-On (SSO) certification.
