This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide outstanding technical support to customers through phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Diagnose software issues and guide customers on best practices to maximize their experience with the BIS Safety Software platform.
• Inform customers about software features and functionalities through clear explanations and product guidance.
• Record customer inquiries, feature requests, and enhancement suggestions to facilitate ongoing product improvements.
• Evaluate new features and software updates to ensure quality and functionality prior to release.
• Collaborate with Development and other internal teams to address complex issues and advocate for customer requirements.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance internal processes, support documentation, and the overall customer experience.
• Track recurring customer trends and feedback to promote continuous improvements throughout the organization.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-centric team environment by engaging in daily meetings and sharing insights with colleagues.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Passionate about assisting individuals and resolving challenges.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to swiftly adapt to new software.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Confident in managing complex customer inquiries.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
