This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.
β’ Respond to incoming calls on an auto dialer from prospective clients.
β’ Provide clear explanations of documents to clients.
β’ Guide clients through the procedure of electronically signing documents via text and email.
β’ Accurately document calls to ensure our phone system can proceed to the next call.
β’ Perform other related tasks as assigned.
β’ Possess a persuasive phone presence with the ability to encourage clients to complete representation forms.
β’ Must be technologically adept and capable of guiding non-tech-savvy clients in electronically signing documents through text and email.
β’ Exhibit a friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
β’ Demonstrate patience with clients.
β’ Ability to solve problems effectively.
β’ Capable of working independently.
β’ Must manage a high call volume with consecutive calls; handling hundreds of calls each day.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
β’ Dependable and reliable attendance is crucial.
β’ Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
β’ Bilingual candidates are preferred.
