Senior CRM Consultant – Customer Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

• Develop and sustain integrations within the Copilot Service Workspace.

• Implement and set up the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications.

• Create frontend logic and custom behaviors utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Utilize the Microsoft APM SDK to facilitate application integration within the Dynamics environment.

• Ensure the performance, usability, and maintainability of the deployed solutions.

• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to guarantee comprehensive end-to-end functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• Practical experience with the Copilot Service Workspace.

• Practical experience with the Channel Integration Framework (CIF).

• Practical experience with the Microsoft APM SDK.

• Strong development experience in JavaScript within Dynamics environments.

• Capability to work on embedded/integrated applications within Dynamics using a container-based approach.

• TypeScript experience is a plus.

• Experience in creating custom UI integrations within D365.

• Understanding of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications.
