This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee inquiries, orders, medical deliveries, and logistics operations.
• Address inquiries through phone, email, fax, or online platforms.
• Administer patient and clinic orders, documentation, and data entry processes.
• Appropriately escalate complex issues as needed.
• Prioritize urgent orders and resolve any shipment, return, or credit problems.
• Process credits and returns, establish new patient accounts, and maintain records.
• Retrieve medical equipment from patients who are leaving programs.
• Engage in training sessions and participate in team meetings.
• Proficient in both Canadian French and English.
• Must be located in Canada for compliance purposes.
• High school diploma required.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or call center roles.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with handling sensitive information and working in metrics-driven environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with strong independent problem-solving skills.
