This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Support customers by addressing their inquiries while tailoring the experience for each caller.
• Manage a substantial number of incoming customer requests.
• Promote additional products during each customer interaction.
• Verify refunds, process payments, and facilitate orders.
• Evaluate account information.
• Report directly to a designated Customer Service Supervisor.
• Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience.
• Maintain a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
• Adapt to and operate effectively in a virtual setting with a defined schedule and organized day.
• Engage with a diverse range of customer personalities, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Proficiently navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Address personal technical issues, collaborating with IT when necessary.
