This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivers telephonic support to help Clients’ employees navigate healthcare and wellness initiatives.
• Aids in alleviating stress while saving time and costs for clients.
• Addresses complex or challenging benefit and/or claim-related issues.
• Refers issues to Claims, Eligibility Supervisors, and Client Managers when necessary.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in insurance and/or benefits customer service.
• Proven track record in managing client advocacy cases.
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize work tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week in a call center setting.
