This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Generate qualified leads, secure new business, and enhance relationships with existing clients.
• Engage in daily prospecting through phone calls, emails, and targeted outreach (over 30 calls per day).
• Build, oversee, and nurture your sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Investigate market opportunities and formulate strategic sales plans.
• Clearly convey and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among potential clients through consultative selling techniques.
• Participate in trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
• Foster long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
• Excel in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Address customer challenges, often with limited direction, using creativity and initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of sales experience (experience in the AEC industry is highly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A positive, team-oriented demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Detail-focused with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Willingness and capability to rapidly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
