• Establish and nurture strong relationships within a designated group of accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Identify and generate new opportunities within current accounts and targeted prospects.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes recognizing opportunities, advancing deals, forecasting, and finalizing business transactions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their needs and align solutions that deliver value.
• Keep accurate and current records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts within HubSpot CRM.
• Work together with internal teams (technical, marketing, and leadership) to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge, including acquiring certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions.
• Remain proactive and persistent in following up to ensure opportunities progress and clients remain engaged.
• Contribute to the team’s success by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting overarching sales initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of sales experience, encompassing prospecting and closing deals.
• Strong skills in relationship building and earning trust with clients.
• Self-driven with solid problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve results.
• Competitive Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary plus commission.
