Software Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases for all Edovate software applications.

• Execute both manual and automated test plans.

• Keep tasks updated in our project tracking system.

• Aid in the triaging of reported software defects.

• Maintain process documentation, testing procedures, and quality manuals to define the scope, requirements, and functionality of the features or fixes being tested.

• Identify the root causes of issues in the production process and recommend and/or implement corrective actions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, covering both manual and automated testing.

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Demonstrated ability to create, document, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans.

• Proficiency in using bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
