Quality Assurance Field Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Quality Assurance & Field Auditor acts as an independent operational auditor tasked with assessing station performance across all TFG Aviation companies and service lines.

• Execute both announced and unannounced operational audits at designated stations.

• Assess station performance utilizing standardized audit tools and scoring methodologies.

• Conduct thorough evaluations across all operational departments and business lines.

• Confirm operational execution aligns with company standards and meets customer expectations.

• Compile detailed audit reports following each station visit.

• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance station performance.

• Recognize operational risks and promptly escalate significant findings to Service Delivery Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in aviation operations.

• Proficient in managing airport operations across various service lines.

• Strong knowledge of TSA, FAA, OSHA, and airport regulatory requirements.

• Experience in conducting operational inspections, audits, or compliance reviews.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A valid driver's license.

• Capability to obtain and maintain all necessary airport badges and security clearances.

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
