Quality Assurance Analyst, RCM

📋 Description

• The Facility Contracting & Quality Assurance (QA) Services analyst is tasked with reviewing and auditing facility contracts.

• Acts as the primary contact for any billing inquiries or concerns related to contracts from both internal and external customers.

• Ensures the accuracy of all facility contracts and FDS entries made by AMS through thorough audits.

• Collaborates with Sales Representatives and RGMs to gather all pending contracts.

• Aids in the transition process during acquisitions.

• Functions as the main point of contact for acquisitions to facilitate a seamless transition for clients and the Billing Team.

• Monitors all DDF, IDX, and TELCOR modifications associated with facility billing.

• Detects, interprets, and assesses inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies within DDF files.

• Conducts monthly billing audits to verify compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government and contractual obligations.

• Keeps the Manager of Facility Contracting & Quality Assurance (QA) informed about any concerns and compliance matters.

• Assists the Contracting & QA Manager in overseeing the management and financial performance of business office functions.

• Supports Facility Billing Leadership and undertakes additional tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare is preferred.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• At least five (5) years of experience in facility billing.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility contract analytics.

• Familiarity with healthcare billing system solutions and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the capacity to meet multiple deadlines.

• Extensive experience in managing within a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals.
