Quality Lead – CMMI ML3, Federal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance initiatives across all PWS task areas (3.1 through 3.10)

• Perform independent quality assessments of project outputs to confirm adherence to established quality benchmarks

• Ensure deliverables align with contractual obligations before submission to the client

• Assist in maintaining CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3) process compliance throughout the project

• Conduct reviews of process compliance and document quality observations

• Monitor quality concerns and aid in implementing corrective measures as required

• Facilitate activities that capture lessons learned and drive continuous process enhancement

• Work in conjunction with Program Management and project teams to advocate for quality best practices

• Preserve quality assurance records and documentation for process compliance

• Assist in program governance and activities related to quality reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree along with five (5) years of pertinent experience

• Background in supporting quality assurance, process compliance, or quality management functions within enterprise IT or healthcare sectors

• Familiarity with CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3) and process quality efforts

• Experience working with VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare entities, as well as health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred

• Capability to acquire and sustain a Public Trust clearance; Level 3 Public Trust if assigned to GovCloud, GAL, or VA OIT
