This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Provide coaching and training to Estimate Review Specialists, Billing Dispute Coordinators, and Administrative Assistants through departmental scorecards and training initiatives.
• Assess the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of estimates reviewed by the estimate review team.
• Create and maintain scorecards.
• Collaborate with account managers regarding carrier-specific guidelines.
• Act as the primary mentor for new team members joining the review team.
• Conduct structured audits of review personnel, assessing accuracy and adherence to carrier guidelines across estimate reviews.
• Detect patterns in review errors and propose process enhancements, training subjects, or guideline revisions.
• Monitor performance trends and present findings to leadership.
• Offer guidance to audit leadership on the performance evaluations of Quality Assurance Department employees.
• Serve as a liaison between audit leadership and Estimate Review Specialists, Administrative Assistants, Billing Dispute Coordinators, and Quality Assurance Coordinators regarding the quality of work.
• Collaborate with account managers to synchronize review workflows with current requirements and guidelines from insurance carriers.
• Be a dedicated mentor and trainer for newly hired review staff; develop onboarding materials and offer continuous coaching opportunities to leadership.
• Manage XactAnalysis setups for SERVPRO HQ personnel.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance, construction, damage evaluation and estimating, building repair, or related fields involving mitigation, reconstruction, and contents.
• Experience in creating training materials or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to review and analyze written information and assess damage estimates.
• Possess a solid technical background, including an exceptional understanding (and possibly hands-on experience) in loss estimating.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility is highly preferred.
• Hold Xactware Certifications (e.g., X1, X2, X3 levels).
• Salesforce experience is advantageous.
• Proficient PC skills in a multi-screen/task environment.
• Ability to remain calm and reasonable in high-pressure or stressful situations.
• Comfortable providing feedback and coaching to colleagues.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office setting.
