This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for software testing, ensuring thorough execution.

• Assess, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all testing activities effectively.

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure clarity.

• Craft comprehensive, structured test plans and detailed test cases.

• Conduct functional, exploratory, regression, End-to-End (E2E), API, performance, and load testing.

• Perform API testing utilizing Swagger and Postman.

• Design and execute automated tests with Cypress.

• Assess scenarios, confirm complete workflows, and pinpoint non-conformities.

• Record, document, and monitor bugs until resolution is achieved.

• Execute regression tests following fixes and validate the outcomes of deliveries.

• Analyze and track quality metrics to ensure standards are met.

• Partner with developers, analysts, and product managers to confirm requirements.

• Oversee and debug test results and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Investigate the root causes of non-conformities and assist in developing solutions.

• Promote continuous enhancement of software quality processes.

• Keep abreast of the latest testing tools, methodologies, and strategies.

• Take initiative and demonstrate ownership in task management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Proven experience in both manual and automated software testing.

• Familiarity with End-to-End (E2E) testing methodologies.

• Proficient in API testing techniques.

• Experience using Swagger and Postman for testing.

• Skilled in test automation with Cypress.

• Experience or knowledge in performance and load testing practices.

• Understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing principles.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Organized and proactive, displaying a strong sense of ownership.

• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems or tax/accounting software.

• Nice to have: familiarity with integrations involving SEFAZ (Brazilian State Finance Departments).

• Nice to have: knowledge of electronic tax documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, etc.).

• Nice to have: experience in validating tax regulations and compliance reporting.
