Software QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement automated testing frameworks for both web and API applications.

• Develop and uphold regression, smoke, and integration testing suites.

• Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Identify, document, and monitor software defects.

• Work collaboratively with developers to enhance testability and uphold quality standards.

• Conduct API testing and ensure data integrity.

• Enhance testing efficiency and minimize manual testing efforts.

• Engage in release validation and provide production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in quality assurance automation.

• Practical experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Proficient scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java.

• Experience with API testing using Postman or comparable tools.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

• Familiarity with SQL and database verification.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
