This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the delivery of interconnected projects or workstreams to ensure they align with programme objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive, high-level overview of progress, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements throughout the programme.
• Assist in shaping the roadmap and planning at the programme level in collaboration with Technical Leads and product/strategy stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions among teams to align on priorities, architectural considerations, and sequencing decisions.
• Lead delivery efforts employing Kanban and flow-based agile methodologies across one or more teams.
• Ensure visibility of work-in-progress, identify blockers, monitor throughput, and outline upcoming priorities.
• Deliver structured yet concise reports suitable for programme sponsors and senior leadership.
• Identify and manage programme-level risks, ensuring they are raised early and escalated as necessary.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for engineering, Technical Leads, internal stakeholders, and, when applicable, customers.
• Proven experience in managing software delivery across various teams or workstreams.
• Strong grasp of flow-based agile delivery and programme-level planning.
• Demonstrated ability to identify cross-cutting risks, significant dependencies, and structural obstacles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
• Comfort in environments that prioritize structure while minimizing heavy processes.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and the capability to provide clarity amidst uncertainty.
