Software Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main project liaison for clients during the entire installation process

• Conduct onsite readiness assessments addressing IT infrastructure, facility setup, and risk evaluation

• Collaborate with customer IT departments regarding servers, networks, security, storage, backup, and disaster recovery

• Analyze Sales Orders, pinpoint dependencies and risks, and manage timelines and coordination

• Supervise readiness evaluations, shipping, commissioning, and acceptance procedures

• Create detailed technical specifications and project documentation

• Develop proficiency in Varian software, oncology workflows, and installation protocols

• Share insights gained to foster continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Project Management, Healthcare IT, Field Service, or Engineering

• In-depth technical understanding of: Windows Server environments, Networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls, security)

• Experience with enterprise client-server software implementations

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (e.g., TPS, PACS, EMR) is a significant advantage

• Effective communicator with clinical, technical, and senior stakeholders

• Proficient in a Scandinavian language as well as English

• Skilled in Microsoft Project, Office, Visio, and IT tools

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and knowledge of Varian software are beneficial
