This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• **Responsibilities:**
• - Establish and maintain the product vision, prioritized roadmap, and success criteria aligned with the overall digital strategy.
• - Lead discovery processes: user research, prototyping, validation, and translating insights into high-quality epics and user stories.
• - Manage the backlog in Jira using Scrum methodology (2-week sprints), facilitating grooming and planning sessions with the development team.
• - Create end-to-end documentation: product artifacts, user guides, and project closures in Atlassian.
• - Monitor usage metrics with Heap and Clarity, define KPIs, and build dashboards for informed decision-making.
• - Plan and execute product rollouts in coordination with operations, ensuring effective adoption across all affiliated countries.
• - Oversee QA standards and post-launch performance, driving continuous improvement.
• - Collaborate with multicultural and distributed teams (including synchronizations with groups in different time zones).
• **Requirements:**
• - Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on digital platforms, preferably Salesforce or other customized SaaS/CRM environments.
• - Proficiency in Jira (backlog and sprint management), LucidChart (user/business flows), and Dovetail (quantitative and qualitative research).
• - Experience with product analytics tools: Heap, Mixpanel, and/or Clarity.
• - Familiarity with the Scrum framework and the complete software development life cycle.
• - Ability to produce end-to-end technical and functional product documentation.
• - **Advanced English (ESSENTIAL)**
