This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
β’ Coordinate and arrange product demonstrations and discovery calls with software vendors.
β’ Attend all demonstrations, taking comprehensive and organized notes that capture key functionalities, pricing, and unique differentiators.
β’ Create written comparisons of vendor platforms against existing tools, including a clear analysis of strengths and weaknesses, supported by direct quotes from the demos.
β’ Oversee ongoing communication with vendors and follow up to obtain additional information or clarifications after demos.
β’ Maintain a centralized tracker of all evaluated tools, their statuses, and recommendation outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements prior to vendor evaluations.
β’ Identify discrepancies, potential issues, or gaps in vendor offerings and escalate these to the appropriate decision-makers.
β’ Demonstrated experience in software procurement, vendor assessment, or technology research roles.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to accurately capture and organize large volumes of information.
β’ Proficient written English skills, ensuring communication is structured, professional, and precise.
β’ Experience in producing comparative analyses or vendor assessments within a business environment.
β’ Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and evaluation timelines concurrently.
β’ Prior remote work experience is essential, along with fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with US or UK-based companies is preferred. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
