• Take ownership and enhance iHorizons' partner ecosystem with major technology vendors.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Cultivate relationships with colleagues at partner organizations.
• Ensure effective communication and foster trust with partners.
• Keep track of requirements necessary for maintaining partnership levels.
• Assist in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
• Be accountable for revenue targets sourced from partners and quotas for co-selling pipelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CRM platforms for tracking pipelines and registering partner deals.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations with Heads of Presales and Line of Business Heads.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Alliance Manager position within the IT/software sector.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technically knowledgeable with a strong understanding of market trends and vendor solutions in IT and software.
• Practical experience with key technology ecosystems pertinent to iHorizons’ portfolio (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google, or similar enterprise platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud solutions, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation landscapes.
