This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee customer onboarding projects from initial transfer to successful completion.
• Comprehend customer needs and tailor the software accordingly.
• Provide clear and engaging training on the software.
• Handle multiple onboarding projects while ensuring timelines are adhered to.
• Keep customers updated regularly and address their queries during the onboarding process.
• Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Advise clients on workflows, system configuration, and optimal software usage.
• Assist with any additional training and consultancy needs.
• Promote the adoption of new features and identify potential for extra services.
• Maintain precise records of customers and projects.
• Relay customer feedback and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Product teams.
• Contribute to broader Customer Success initiatives when necessary.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or customer service position.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with customers at all levels.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously until completion.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Confidence in leading customer meetings and conducting training sessions.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp customer needs and suggest solutions.
• Interest in software, technology, and enhancing business operations.
• A genuine commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
• Experience in software onboarding or implementation is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in the SaaS or technology sector is a plus but not required.
• Experience in delivering software training or demonstrations would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Familiarity with accounting or financial software is a plus but not essential.
• Experience with accounts payable, purchase-to-pay, or procurement processes would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm UK Time.
• Comprehensive training on the platform and the company’s onboarding procedures will be provided.
