
Software Implementations Consultant II – EHR For Practice Groups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Practice Groups EHR delivery team.
• Oversee software implementation and provide training on best practices within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care settings.
• Capture customer requirements and convert technical specifications into system configurations.
• Facilitate business discovery and create recommendations for delivery approaches.
• Guarantee the quality, integrity, and security of customer databases.
• Validate implementation strategies and manage communication among project stakeholders.
• Develop and conduct customer implementation training grounded in adult learning principles.
• Set training expectations and provide train-the-trainer sessions.
• Execute learning-needs and readiness assessments.
• Assist customers with change management, adoption, and user preparedness.
• Resolve configuration challenges and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain training databases for product updates and improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
• Track adoption metrics and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain proficiency in various product offerings and comprehensive solution outcomes.
• Travel to customer sites as necessary to lead meetings and presentations.
• Post-secondary education in business or a technology-related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in configuring or implementing software solutions, database testing, and providing end-user support (preferred).
• Consulting experience within a software organization, focusing on workflow analysis and delivering documented recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously while efficiently balancing milestones and objectives.
• 2–4+ years in a software implementation position.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail and compliance with quality validation procedures.
• Demonstrated accountability for projects, initiative, and delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
