Software Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers expertise in ensuring sustained customer success and growth throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome achievement, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital emphasis.

• Responsible for planning and executing departmental operations or concentrating on the execution of professional activities within a technical field.

• Contribute to the deployment of MES solutions using the Software Suite.

• Manage technical deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle of projects.

• Engage actively during all phases of assigned projects.

• Participate in architectural, design, and functionality decisions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored strategies through site assessments.

• Provide standard recommendations regarding workflow, application, interface, reports, testing, and uploads to clients during the implementation process.

• Ensure go-live readiness and support, along with conducting post-live follow-ups.

• Work in partnership with internal team members and clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Hold direct people management responsibilities, including staffing and performance development.

• Apply extensive knowledge in a technical discipline along with analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policies/strategies.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma paired with relevant experience.

• This position necessitates advanced experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services.

• Proven experience in software implementation projects and customer-facing initiatives.

• PM certification required.

• Familiarity with time management systems.

• Proficient in English, with advanced language skills.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Willingness to travel (30% of the time each month).
