Software Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality SaaS products and platform services.

• Propel rapid, iterative, and customer-centric delivery through close collaboration with Product Managers.

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Leverage AI-assisted development and agentic workflows to enhance engineering velocity, product quality, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness.

• Engage in planning, architecture, technical design, and the implementation of new software solutions and platform capabilities.

• Guide teams in developing scalable, secure, and resilient systems that maintain reliable performance under high traffic and operational loads.

• Mentor and develop engineers while assisting teams in swiftly adapting to changing business and technical priorities.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance development processes, delivery practices, and organizational effectiveness.

• Strong technical foundation with the capability to guide architectural, implementation, and engineering execution decisions.

• Experience in designing and constructing scalable systems that perform effectively under load.

• Proven experience leading teams in Agile and iterative product development settings.

• Excellent collaboration skills with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong comprehension of AI-first and agentic development strategies to expedite implementation, delivery, and operational workflows.

• Exceptional communication, organizational leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
