Software Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop two engineering teams, closely collaborating with Product, Design, and Data disciplines;

• Ensure that the teams deliver with quality, speed, and alignment to business objectives;

• Foster a high-performance environment focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement;

• Develop and monitor the growth of team members through regular feedback and development plans;

• Ensure alignment and effective communication between different squads and stakeholders;

• Track and enhance engineering metrics (quality, performance, productivity);

• Contribute to the tribe's strategic decisions by connecting technology with business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;

• Background in Software Development;

• Experience in people management and leading engineering teams;

• Experience with distributed systems and high-scale/high-availability environments;

• Knowledge of system architecture and best engineering practices;

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (product, design, data);

• Strong communication and influencing skills across various levels of the organization;

• Ability to make data-driven decisions that impact the business.

• Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing) and user experience optimization.
