Software Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the progress, daily activity status, and overall key project initiatives on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, UI/UX designers, and QA to fulfill all project deliverables and milestone deadlines.

• Possess the ability to distinguish between high-quality and low-quality code.

• Develop, guide, and expand engineering teams through systematic coaching and career advancement frameworks.

• Analyze project requirements and work alongside product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product modifications.

• Integrate new tools from our organization.

• Manage product deployment activities, project logistics, and resource distribution.

• Direct the team through the Agile SCRUM methodology.

• Advocate for secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, including threat modeling and secure design evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the IT industry.

• More than 5 years of professional management experience.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in .NET development and architecture.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure cloud services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, and DotNet Core.

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).

• Experience in APIs, microservices, container development, and integrations.

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, Dapper or any ORM, and relational database design.

• Proficiency with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, ReactJS, or Tailwind).

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
