📋 Description

• Designs and architects digital products utilizing contemporary tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems.

• Takes ownership of and manages applications in production, responsible for their success as measured by KPIs.

• Plans, oversees, designs, and implements intricate IT-related activities and programs.

• Selects, leads, mentors, motivates, establishes expectations, and assesses medium to large teams.

• Provides guidance to direct reports on policies, risks, issues, problem-solving, sourcing choices, budget management, and prioritization.
