Software Engineering Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with backend and frontend engineers, product managers, designers, and DevOps teams.

• Suggest innovative ideas, implement solutions, experiment, and roll out features for First American’s users and clients.

• Impact engineers, teams, and product managers throughout the organization.

• Engage in the complete product lifecycle.

• Adhere to sustainable engineering best practices.

• Produce high-quality code, documentation, testing, and monitoring.

• Acquire practical experience with software engineering technologies and industry-standard tools.

• Potentially showcase an internship project during Intern Expo Day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited university.

• Must be majoring in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.

• Previous exposure to best practices through participation in hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or prior internships.
