Software Engineer – ServiceNow, Virtual Agent, AI Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Accountable for facilitating and enhancing GenAI-driven experiences on the ServiceNow platform.

• Implements Now Assist for ITSM, HRSD, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.

• Oversees and adjusts Now Assist configurations through the admin console.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to pinpoint genuine AI use cases.

• Delivers L3 support and ongoing optimization for AI-enabled workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform utilization.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Virtual Agent and conversational workflows.

• Background in enabling or providing support for Now Assist functionalities.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.

• Familiarity with Now Assist for ITSM and/or HRSD.

• Knowledge of AI Search and readiness for enterprise search.

• Experience in knowledge management and optimizing self-service solutions.
