Software Engineer, Python, Django

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications utilizing Python and Django.

• Create scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.

• Engage in code reviews and adhere to Git-based development workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.

• Deploy and support applications within cloud environments, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

• Diagnose production issues and contribute to ongoing application monitoring and maintenance.

• Operate in Linux-based development and deployment environments.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation when applicable.

• Work collaboratively across both backend and frontend development when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional background in Python and Django.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Experience using Git in collaborative development settings, including pull requests and code reviews.

• Familiarity with deploying applications to cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is also acceptable).

• Comfortable operating in Linux environments.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
